Governing Commercial Quotations, Equipment Supply & Turnkey Execution

1. Commercial Quotations & Engineering Proposals

All formal technical proposals, machinery quotations, and plant layout estimates issued by R.S. Enterprises are based on specific client material characteristics (bulk density, particle size, moisture content, aeration). Quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise in writing.

2. Fabrication & Quality Inspection

Equipment is fabricated to approved engineering standards at our Singhana, Rajasthan works. Clients are invited to conduct pre-dispatch factory inspections or material trial runs prior to machine dispatch.

3. Warranty & OEM Support

All brand-new machinery supplied by R.S. Enterprises carries a standard 12-month mechanical warranty against manufacturing defects, supported by genuine OEM spare parts and technical service engineers.

4. Jurisdiction

All commercial transactions and legal matters are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jhunjhunu District, Rajasthan, India.
